Does anyone know what all DLC is planned for this? a list?

It's all supposed to be free. Supposed to, because there's no chance it'll get far enough to have any past the few GB3 returns they've already done.

We don't really know if there's even going to be any significant DLC whatsoever for this game.

I know PC release has Super Fumina DLC free, and supposedly, alot of the Gunpla that's available off the hop was NOT available in the console release off it's start, meaning they were additions later on. So I assume the Gunpla roster as of now, is supposed ot match the console release, not sure.

Otherwise, all future DLC is supposed to be free.

Every gunpla in GB3 that is not currently in NGB will be added to the game as free DLC. That is the plan anyway.

To my knowledge, that is correct. The Steam version and PS4 version have the same number of mobile suits currently.
