Now folks can stop pretend to like NGB and wait for actual good gundam game
As part of the G Generation series (rather than a new SD Gundam sub-series) I doubt they're reinventing the wheel here though.
It pretty strictly follows the narratives of original U.C. scenarios in it. There can be a few changes here and there though. For me, notably is that it tries to reconcile the Zeonic and Federation storylines from 0081 (among some other chanages). It's not because of dimension/timeline-smashing mischief though, it's just how the storyline goes.
Not sure how the new one is handling it. It mentions 4 worlds crossing, but the trailer actually lists13 scenarios they're following from the roster of series being shoved in, so I guess we'll see where that goes I guess.

... if you say so.
Mustache Gundam especially.
I'll be sad to not have things like the Gerbera Tetra Kai, G-Line, 7th Gundam, Delta Gundam Kai, Pale Rider, etc., but I'll be glad to have stuff like the Destiny Impulse back. I may run a Murasame squad this time around if they include those things too.
That aside, I'm probably picking up the JP PS4 version. An EN Steam version would just be a bonus.
