Scrap Baby is wearing a very decrepid Baby suit, but her internals took parts form the Circus Control module.

(seriously though, has no one called out the fact that her chest has the light fixtures in that room in the game?)

Paint wearing off doesn't excuse the faceplates being completely different and his fingers are completely different. Also he has two hands.

Scrap Baby's suit is clearly not the suit from SL, the faceplates are different, the arms and legs are different, the feet are different, the hair is different..

it is not explaining a character. What you are asking is how they decided what to wear.

this kind of argument is like asking "What made you decide to wear that outfit, today?" It's unnecessary.
