Atmosphere entertainment revenue
In an attempt to avoid the dangerous sponsors, I started looking into how I could make as much money as possible without them. Not sure out of the three main statistics which were the most profitable, I started experementing with them. I started the game over and over and over again, built up different combinations of atmosphere, entertainment and revenue and penned down the results.

I assume most people know how risk and safety work, but if not: the more risk/liability the greater your chance to get lawsuits. Each point of health/safety lowers the risk/liability by 1. With a total risk/liability of 0 you cannot get lawsuits. You start the game with 3 or 4 risk so you need to invest in a minimum of safety to not get lawsuits.

Revenue was the easiest.
For each point of revenue, each customer spent around 0.35$
So if you have 100 customers and 5 extra revenue that's 100*5= 500
500*0.35$=175$
Actual results seem to vary a little bit, but seem to stay within the 33-36% range (0.33-0.36$)

Atmosphere and entertainment are still a bit vague.
Atmosphere plays a major role in how many people come to the restaurant.
Here are some results I penned down:
Atmosphere/people
1/27
13/51
21/80
23/93
26/93
26/101
29/110
At this point I'm going with
25 base + atmosphere multiplied by 2 to 3 customers

Customers give you $ through your extra revenue, but also by paying for their food. I'm not going to post the numbers right now, but there was also quite a bit of variation in how much each customer paid for their food.
food revenue= customers * 5 to 6
So 100 customers would give a food revenue somewhere between 500 and 600.
Though, so far it seems that the $ per customer are higher at a very low amount of customers and lower at a very high amount.

!!! If your pizeria isn't big enough, you have to turn customers away. I'm talking about the upgrades in the bottom right that enlarge your floor and give you more spots to place games.
Smallest size = maximum 50 customers
medium size = maximum 100 customers
Large size = maximum ???

Every day after the first you get a number of customers that return from the previous day. So on top of the customers that visit based on your atmosphere, you also get to keep part of the customers of the day before. This seems to be were entertainment comes into play. I need to test this further, but for the time being I'm going with:
Entertainment uses the same formula as atmosphere.
Returning customers = 25 base + 2 to 3 times entertainment. Up to a maximum of the customers of the previous day

!!! The entertainment value you had during the previous day counts. If you make upgrades to your entertainment during the day, then the customers of the day before haven't seen these. The new entertainment value will play a role in the next day, but not in the day you placed them.
Example: day 1 atmosphere 20, entertainment 15.
On your revenue sheet you get 80 new customers, 0 returning because there was no previous day.
day 2 you upgrade atmosphere to 26 and entertainment to 20.
On your revenue sheet you get 93 new customers (based on the 26 atmosphere) and 51 returning from the previous day (based on the 15 entertainment from the day before) for a total of 144 customers.

All in all, revenue from customers seems to be very meagre compared to the revenue from scrap and playing mini-games.
Tier 1: perfect Ball pit (5hits) = 1000 points (100$)
Tier 2: Motorist game with no or 1 collisions = +/- 2500 points (250$ average)
Tier 3: Fruit punch clown perfect = 10.000 points+ (1000$!!!)
Tier 4: I got 15000$ from prize king on the 4th try and free chica (70000 value) on the 10th try but haven't extensively tested this thing.

If you start with 2 perfect ball pits you have enough cash to spend at least 100, unlock tier 2 and buy the motorist game. Play that 6 times and you have enough cash to spend at least 1000 total, unlock tier 3 and buy fruit punch clown. Then it's a matter of patience. Wait wait wait until all the kids are in fron of him and BAM. With the 2 remaining coins that's another 2000$ all on day 1. Expand to maximum floor, 2 good stages and those 5 cheapest animatronics. Place them all and the game gives you 1000$ trash animatronic bonus. This is basically a refund for your stages. This way you can get a lot of atmosphere/entertainment/revenue right from the start.
