Logbook code

I have seen some claim the code in the log book is CASSIDY but I think that code is wrong. If we take the strange numbers that appear on pages with the text "my name", add them together and convert them to letters we get GLFIUS. On the page that tells us to add these together we see a random 3, we then go to the word search and find the only 3 letter word is fun. The next page shows a mirror so if we put in fun backwards then GLFIUS decodes into Travan.

Now not only is Travan a boy's name but it is also the name of a brand of 8mm magnetic tapes that are used for computer backups and mass storage. That seems way to fitting for it not to be the case as way to many points in the puzzles line up with it. What do you guys think?

Cassidy was confirmed to be the name of a dead child in The Fourth Closet.

Ah so Travan must be another kid or Mike's real name. Since there is a theme in the log book of "do you remember your name?"

No. Mike/Michael's real name is Michael. And there's no kid named "Travan". It's just some random name, randomly found.

Not so randomly found I did have to go through quite the digging to find it. I mean Cassidy does not fit into the My Name code, IE on pages that contain the text My Name there are numbers ether out of place or highlighted. I questioned if this name was Mike's because the book repeatedly asks "What is Your Name" and the question seems aimed at Mike. Clearly this has to be a thing since why would there be all these breadcrumbs. Call me crazy but I can justify using only the book on how I got this name decoded.

But too bad for you, no one is called "Travan" in the games/books (look at the graves at the end of FNaF6), and oh! Someone's named Cassidy!

Not sure where your's getting the grave thing from. The name Cassidy is on none of the graves, it might be on the one in the back but that one is impossible to read (I have run it through photoshop and cannot see anything). I would like to know how anyone gets Cassidy from the log book. Forget if the log book names Golden Freddy, there is no way to get Cassidy from the info provided in this book. Is there any source to the info that shows the log book is naming Cassidy?

I said "look at the graves", because no one is named "Travan". And Cassidy was confirmed in TFC.

Could be Travan is Henry and Cassady's last name since that hasnt been revealed unless they are Aftons as well.

Could be, I was thinking of it more especially with the release of Ultimate Custom Night. Travan could be a first name with Cassidy being the last name (not an uncommon thing). I mean why else would the lines in UCN call the Vengful Spirit aka "The One You Should Not Have Killed" a he? I mean Henry's daughter didn't become a he just because the puppet was a boy. By this I mean why would they refer to the spirit as the animatronic character's gender rather than the spirit's gender.
