Accessing game files for Candy Cadet's stories

I wanted to see if someone knew how to deal with my issue or have at least had the same problem. Everyone is obviously aware of how Candy Cadet has stories to tell that are super relevant to lore, and although I've read them, I've never actaully heard them myself. For the purpose of utmost completion, I want to experience them.

Since I finished FFPS a while back, I came back to it and out of boredom changed the game files a bit to give myself tonnes of money and play tokens, does that somehow affect Candy Cadet's chances of telling a story? I know it's luck based and I'm an unlucky person, but I've played his damn minigame 500 freakin times now! Anyone got a suggestion?

I have played through the game legit. Thats how i completed it and got the first ending. But it is now that ive done it that i want the stories but cant get them. what i want to know is, does giving yourself more play tokens affect the chances?
