Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria Simulator

Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria Simulator

The Origins of Lefty?
Alright, so I've got a theory I had to put out here on Steam that I want to discuss. Specifically, where did Lefty come from? Obviously this cannot be answered to to a lack of evidence, but maybe ultimate custom night will have some canon material like SL, and reveal more about them.

So what I've noticed so far is that Henry's 'newly re-branded Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria' is fake, as Fazbear entertainment went out of business decades ago. I also wonder if all the buyable items are under fake companies he controls?

See, Lefty is the only character who is buyable AND salvageable. This makes little sense to me, but I'll discuss that soon. For now, what I'm thinking is that Lefty bears (no pun intended) similarities to the SL animatronics, as seen in the blueprints in the Insanity ending. Lefty 'Lures, Encapsulates, Fuses, Transports, and Extracts.
What this sounds like to me is the same concept as Funtime Freddy and Circus Baby - William would've used it to lure children to be encapsulated and fused* - with the machine I'm guessing? - in the chest cavity, transported to the Scooper and then scooped - extracted of their remnant. The scooper blueprint supports this as well, with a remnant injector that gives the machines life.

Lefty is also a ROCKSTAR animatronic. So logically is Lefty was made by Henry, or with the help of Henry - which he clearly was - the surely the Rockstars were? And what makes them different to the other animtronics, games, stages, etc. in FFPS? It's a half-baked theory, but the fact that it makes the most sense with the games premise being a set-up by Henry, I think it's at least 3-quarters baked.

So then if Lefty was around in the early 80s, with SL - and FNAF 4** - where were they for 40ish years? Truth is, there is nothing to really say about that. Unless there is some obscure potential evidence in the earlier games, it seems like the best guess is a stab in the dark - Lefty was in some kind of backroom or saferoom at a location or in the SL underground facility. It's worth noting Lefty is in a VERY good condition considering this is at the end of the timeline. Maybe Henry re-furbished them before putting them in the Rare Finds Auction?

In fact, the reason they are in the rare Finds Auction might be because they were from an old Freddy's location, just like Springtrap and all those props in FNAF 3, which were described as 'Rare Finds' by many. Where else could Lefty have been? They weren't possesed, so they would've move around over the decades like Ennard.

Now this leaves one big thing - FNAF 3 to FFPS. I would love to see a short story or novel that constantly switches between the perspectives of the main characters from FFPS, and ties up what they did and where they went after FNAF 3, and in some cases SL. All I can assume is that Michael, Springtrap and the Puppet were the only survivors of Fazbear's Fright and the Puppet either got trapped in Lefty visiting and old pizzeria or used it to get salvaged/found by Henry. The reasoning behind the motives here can be speculated, and there is no evidence for any of this as it's speculation rather than actual theory, so I won't go into it now.

But if Henry owns Lefty......and maybe HE leaves them to be salvaged on Thursday....this links to what I said before about Lefty being BOTH buyable and salvageable. Henry is the mastermind here, maybe it's part of his plan.....is that how he discovered it was his daughter? Explains how he didn't get killed by them for sure, although I dont think the Puppet is as insane as that, despiute all those years of being undead. I can imagine them having a conversation...spooky

*perhaps the body is being fused into something here? A small coffin? If the scooper is designed to inject remnant into the animtronic, maybe it gets it from the corpse that is collected, fused with a coffin? We see Ballora get scoopeed, it repeats the motion at least 3 times. Once the collect the body, again to collect the remnant, and again to inject the remnant into the animtronic, givign the child's soul new life - a ghost in the machine.

**FNAF 4....other than Shadow Freddy, who is the only character in this whole series who bears ANY similiarity to Lefty? Who could help explain thier origins? Nightmare. So whoever we play as in FNAF 4 has seen Lefty, or glimpsed them and mixed them up with Fredbear. Maybe Lefty IS Fredbear?......gosh, that's a stretch. But they are similiar.

And that's it! Comment below if you have any other ideas to add, I'd love to hear them!

Lefty was build post-FNaF3 (most likely).

....so you're saying Henry had the blueprint, but never actually built him until post-FNAF 3? Yeah, it''s entirely possible. We never saw them in SL, and he must've built the Rockstars, Funtime Chica, etc. brand-new for the Pizzeria Simulator. Good theory!

Did you just say that Lefty was Nightmare?

Possibly. I just think that there are some subtle hints that go beyind the black design which point towards a link, as there isn't an official Nightmare Lefty. But I think that chikld saw it, to some capacity. Of course it could just be Fredbear's shadow, but that's theories for you!

Lefty is not Nightmare.
Lefty was build in 202*.
The pizzeria is real. Did you not hear the tutorial unit say "Newly Rebranded Freddy Fazbear's Pizza"?

Especially if buying Lefty makes her/him enter the labyrinth.

1) According to the FNAF 3 description, Fazbear's Pizzeria Closed down 30+ Years ago - the 'newly branded' re-opening is a fake because Henry knows this is the only way to lure everyone in the story back, so he can trap and burn them. the building, and all the items you buy, DO EXIST - obviously you work in it, I'm just not being clear - but Henry mentions that 'you will never find' the children because there are actually RASCs (one of Henry's designs in the blueprint) simulating child behaviour during your shift. Also, I don't think Henry would burn the place down with so many civilians in the establishment. Basically it is a simulator, in the sense that the only thing which isn't real is the PEOPLE.
2 Something I always wonder is 'What the heck was Henry doing between games?' I imagine being the previous owner of Fazbear Entertainment - after all, it's unlikely William was still in charge after the incidents/potential inprisonment - point is, Henry would be rich and powerful after having such a large business. He'd have enough money and resources to create all these fake brands and cash for Michael, not to mention a porbable pension! XD Besides, he might not even have that physical cash at this point in time, it's probably all digital, although that moniter set looks very old, so something doesn't add up fro this being in the 2020s....
3) Just to be clear, I don't beleive the restaurant is non-canon. That'd make no sense :/

Hope this helped clarify some ideas! Thanks for the discussion everyone!

And what does this have to do with the Thread's subject? You still haven't responded about it.
Soul Night Mar 13, 2018 @ 2:32pm
lefty was created by henr for the sole purpose of collecting the puppet aka his daughter and saving, or salvaging so to speak, her soul.

It could be! he seems to know everything, I'm sure he could work out she was still around at some point.
