If you mean the "Charlie Emily" gravestone in the ending, that could mean 2 things:
Henry (And by extension Sammys) last names are Emily
Or its Charlies MIDDLE name

That is why I am leanining towards the last name theory, but it could just be Scott purposely leaving the last name unkown

This leak better be fake, cause that's the most stupid thing I've ever heard. Scott kept their names secret only to be like: Gotcha! Its a stupid last name! (BTW, before people slam me for talking about not wanting stuff spoiled eariler, I said I had accidentally seen some stuff, and this was it.)

Thats why the middle name theory exists. As well as that. I doubt ANYONE would spend their time writing a (well written) 350 page book for the sole purpose of trolling.

As well as this, it is idiotic to believe Scott is trolling about this. Sure, he has before, but using the same logic, we can assume that UCN isnt really coming and Scott is trolling us

I thought only 100 or so pages were leaked? Anyhow Is Sammy's name legit Samantha? Cause what I've heard sounds completely rediculous
