It's fine. I always thought it was called "Molten Freddy" because Henry or maybe even Ennard himself took the mask of Funtime Freddy and "molted (melted? Molten? You're not the only one here that's not spot-on with grammar)" it into the mask it was in FFPS.

Not trying to start an argument but Molten Freddy's mask literally looks nothing like Funtime Freddy's mask.

This is what I think:
We see a blueprint for Molten Freddy's head in the Insanity Ending, and it's made by Afton Robotics. Perhaps William created this head in case Funtime Freddy ever needed any sort of new head because the last one broke?

No, those faceplates definitely aren't cracks. They look purposely built, and don't at all match the faceplates of the original Funtime Freddy. The jaw also doesn't match the original one and has extra parts that the original doesn't have

No, that blueprint is just in the game's files. I know, I thought it was in the insanity ending too, but it unfortunately is not. It was most likely a scrapped blueprint by Scott.
