The Grave.
Hey guys. I'm not sure if this has been answered yet but, in the secret grave ending, what does the grave all the way in the back say? This is something I've been wondering for a while. I saw a close up and I though it said Drew but I'm not sure. Also, how weird is it that some of the kids have the same name as previous nightguards?

Perhaps (now heres a theory that has no evidence and can easily be debunked)

Perhaps the nightguard was one person? Who kept going to each pizzaeria with a different name. (could support the notion of why the nightguards kept STAYING)

Probably using a fake name, he might have combined the names of some of the dead kids?

Although the timeline might kinda make the nightguard REALLLY old so...

It's too far to see.

Might say Elizabeth (she's the kid of William's who was inside Baby, her soul being free might mean she's laid to rest) or it's somebody else, possibly an entirely new character.

I thought of that possibility aswell. But I think it's Henry's daughter due to the fact she was in the Puppet and as we all know the Puppet has ghostly powers like Golden Freddy

I see what you are getting at but I think the graves are the children who posessed Freddy, Bonnie, Chica, Foxy, Golden Freddy, and the 6th grave is unknown. But I still like to think Jeremy got killed in 87 by Mangle. I also like to think Mike Schmidt was his own person. It may just be coincidental the tombs have the same names as past guards
Wrong

How am I wrong? All I said is that a thought it said Drew, not 100 percent Drew.

I always thought that they were the nightguards, seemed pretty straightforward to me.

Could be but Jeremy and Fritz never die. Jeremy lives from the bite. And we don't know who Gabriel and Susie are.

... To be honest, I think the fact Jeremy and Fritz are tombstone names in this helps us know that this game comes in a later timeline, presumably after FNaF 3 (easily debunkable). Well, we at least we know this game takes place WAY after FNaF 2. Think of it. Jeremy Fitzgerald was a guy working for minimum wage. USUALLY this would mean Jeremy could be in his early 20's. This is only an assumption, of course. It's just that someone working a job like this earning only 100$ a week would usually just be trying to pay off student loans, not paying for a whole house and family, like older people doing bigger careers. The fact we know that Jeremy is DEAD by FFPS most definitely points to perhaps around 3-4 decades passing since FNaF 2. That's also around the time it stated passed from the first game to the third game (three decades). Even this would be a short life, of course, but I have an easy explanation for that. Don't say the Bite of '87 killed him, as we all know from FNaF 1 he survived. But, an incident like this would probably be a life shortener for you, even if you survived the thing that initially caused it. Perhaps shock, I don't know.

Now onto my next point. In Matpat's last theory, he stated that Micheal Afton was Fritz Smith and Mike Schmidt. He also claimed Micheal was the protagonist of FNaF 3, and currently, the majority of the community believes Micheal is also the protagonist of FFPS. All of this would make sense, of course. Except... Fritz Smith has his own tomb stone. This could mean one of 5 things:

1.) You are not playing as Micheal Afton in FFPS, and he died a long time ago still under the name Fritz Smith- Wait, he was already dead (he was a flesh suit), so nevermind. This is not a possibility. I still wouldn't have believed in this one, anyway, because who else would have been Mike Schmidt and FNaF 3's protagonist? Then again, that brings me to the next possibilities.

2.) Micheal Afton is not Fritz Smith, but he is Mike Schmit and the FNaF 3 protagonist. I find this one a little strange, as Fritz Smith and Mike Schmidt still got fired for the same things.

3.) Fritz Smith is also Mike Schmidt, but not Micheal Afton. Fritz and Mike get fired for the same thing. This COULD make sense, but then who is Fritz? How does he play into it? Why is he getting fired for things that would sound like Micheal? On to the next possibilities.

4.) Micheal got destroyed before FFPS and after FNaF 3, perhaps in Fazbear's Fright's fire? This one doesn't sound right. Who would you be playing as in FFPS?

5.) This ties in with possibility 3. Micheal is Micheal, Fritz is (or was) Fritz, and Mike is (or was) Mike, but Ennard was Fritz and/or Mike. After Ennard abandoned Micheal, he still needed a new body. Micheal then possesed his own flesh, and around '87, Ennard found Fritz, possibly just an innocent man with no connections whatsoever to Freddy's, S.C.U.P.E.'d him, and abandoned him after the custom night, only to do the same thing with Mike in '93. Then, after FNaF 1 Ennard left Mike, Baby left Ennard, Ennard became Molten Freddy, and Baby became Scrap Baby. Micheal was stil Micheal. This is the only thing that could sound right enough.

Other than that, I simply do not know. But I do believe the graveyard ending might have been to retcon Matpat's "FNaF 6 in the 70's" and "Micheal is Fritz" theories. As usual, FNaF's lore is too much to wrap my head around... We can only hope Matpat gets his next theory near perfect, because Scott admitted recently he has no future projects planned, so we cannot hope to get a clear answer from him.
But this doesn't explain why nearly every protagonist ist fired for odor
