The "Fruity Maze" Arcade Machine
In the first run everything seems normal in the fruity maze game. On the second,There are all cats instead of fruits and the time extended girl seems worried as, you hear CAR HONKING. on the third run the cat was splattered with blood EVERYWHERE. The time extended girl starts to cry. Spring Bonnie appears and says "He is not dead. Follow me." I think that the girl owned a cat, it got hit by a car, then springtrap/springbonnie killed the girl. A victim of Fredbear's Family Diner? I think so because, that was the SPRINGBONNIE suit before it was decayed. That is my theory.

I think the "cats" are dogs but I could be wrong on that could be dog or a cat doesn't matter
