Unable to get a lawsuit

I've been loving the game so far but when I started trying to get the Certificate of Bankruptcy I started having problems. For example, I have restarted at least 10 times and have never gotten a lawsuit. I've watched 4 playthroughs where they've gotten suid and followed they through but still go no lawsuit. Please help me.

try getting as much risk as possible

Watch DTDMs YouTube video. He gets a lawsuit on the first night.

Or watch Markipliers Livestream. That's how I got my lawsuit and bankruptcy.

Buy Lefty, place him. Buy the Gravity Vortex and rockets (without adding any safety features.) After that, sit back and relax as you commit assault and manslaughter.

buy as much stuff on first night go through first night dont salvage then u get a lawsuit

Technically, you don't need a Lawsuit if you're going for the Blacklisted ending. Just need 50+ Risk by the start of Saturday's Office Phase.
