I can't get F1 2018 to recognise the wheel. F1 2017 is fine though

hey my g29 settings are:

in logitech profile set wheel to 320°
all other stock settings

here in game i set those settings cost me 2 hours of time but with those i am able to drive good times i think

steering deadzone: 1
linearity of wheel: 12
sensitivy of wheel: 3
throttle deadzone: 1
linearity of throttle: 20
sorry dont know english word. the third throttle setting: 5
brake deadzone: 1
lineariry of brake: 20
and again third dont know word in english: 5

force feedback: on
power of vibr and ff: 80%
track effects: 50%
curbs eff: 60%
eff off track: 50%
sorry again dont know english word: 5
better feeling of understearing: on

Ich bekomme einfach keine Einstellungen zusammen, dass es irgendwie verünftig fahrbar wäre. Die Standardsettings sind Mist, hatte selbst bisschen was probiert aber das hat auch nicht viel gebracht. Hab @Weedy 's Einstellungen probiert, damit komme ich nicht klar. Das ist langsa, grauenvoll :/

It was a weird conflict with my USB3.0 ports. Took ages to diagnose...
