There are only these Wheels: Thrustmaster T150 (Pro) and Logitech G29/G920
Boths are loud, but i would buy a Thrustmaster T150 (Pro) because it has newer technology and better ffb
Older wheels like a Logitech g27 or DFGT are not a good idea , because support is not guaranteed in newer games.
Edit: Maybe you can get a Thrustmaster T300 or TX for 200€ , that would be the best in this price range
I have however had the Logitech G920 since launch day and it's been a durable and enjoyable ride. Any issues I have had were from games themselves (shortly after release) where some of the pedals were mixed up. Thankfully that was a fixed in later game updates soon after.
You might get a used g920 for your price, if not the g27 has been a brilliant wheel too. I can see it being supported for at least a few more years yet.
The belt driven force feedback will be much smoother than with the gears in a logitech.
The G920/G29 are great wheels for an entry level. They're quite fun but are very harsh/cheap with how they create FFB. If you're planning to race quite a lot, a thrustmaster sparco or fanatec products are the way to go but going to be more dollars. Feedback is smooth and they are very precise. The fanatec v3 pedals also have motors on the brake and throttle to give you feedback throughout a race. Once you upgrade the brake with a performance kit they're a really nice bit of kit.,
I use a Thrustmaster T150 RS Pro and I'm fine with it - that's all I need as a casual player.
The extrem old technology from the Logitech wheels was 2007 okay but not 2019 for this price.
The Logitech Shifter only hast 6+R and is not really good.
I have used these wheels :
Logitech DFGT
Logitech G27
Logitech G920 (200€ for the same technology like the G27 from 2010 and G25 from 2006)
Thrustmaster T150 (150€ - 185€ for the Pro Version)
Thrustmaster T300 (240€)
Other Price class:
Thrustmaster TS-PC (600€ with T3PA Pro)
Thrustmaster T-GT (450€)
Fanatec CSL Elite+ (500€)
Logitech has no chance against one of these wheels
