Attitude vs Approach

I dont know if im just stupid but i cant find any reasonable link vs a persons Attitude and the Approach I should take. Someone is "Withdrawn" how on earth does that matter to whether i should use Carelessness Humility Agression or Manipulation???

try and error.. you have one round to try and see the result it would get (for example with the withdrawn you can use humble if i remember correctly, if not use manipulative). Bullheaded is aggressive etc etc

Well, in general you get the best result if the approach is the same as the attitude (I don't want to spoil the useful matches). Withdrawn is a bit harder to figure out since it hasn't an obviously matching approach, but if you think about it, it makes sense that manipulation works well with it.

This games lacks alot of explanation of what things do, even the mini army battles. it says nothing about what each strategy does or how it matters, im just flipping coins here.
