just by sending them to a kingdom it gives a lot of information just by beeing there, you can see their territory their buildings/upgrades and armies on their territory
i have had a bribed marhsall become a king once but "something" happened and no idea what would have happened or maybe its just a huge relation boost with that nation not sure
what i was wondering but havent yet managed to try that what would happen if my daughter becomes a queen then if i would manage to assasinate her husband (king) and they would have no princes or childs at all (not sure if this is the same or different) then would i get all of their territory or something or what would happen
I guess i would have a claim option? would be lame if she would just get a new random king
You're much better off focusing on other knights early / mid game. Wait till you have enough money to just throw at spys.
Best thing to do when you're bored in Knights of Honor 1, just create tons of rebellions and Indepentend Kingdoms :)
- You can spawn and reinforce loyalist rebellions.
- You can burn food or open city gates for easy sieges.
- You can provoke a war with yourself if you don't want to ruin relations with others or if you have a defensive pact.
- You can steal gold from their treasury, which can be a lot.
And there's probably more that I don't know of.
- you can murder various knights (including active marshals)
- you can make marshals turn into rebels
- you can improve troop quality of rebels
- you can turn ordinary rebels into loyalists
- you can murder kings
- you can ruin other kingdoms' trade relations
and other stuff that I haven't found out myself yet.
