"Create your empire" mode

Will there be a game mode in the release version in which you can create your own empire (for example based on the province of Rzeszow or a fantasy middle european empire called Lampukistan with Islam as the main religion)? This option would add a lot of replayability and possible self-made challenges to the game.

I think that would be modding. From what I have heard the game will be modable. Middle-earth here I come.

It sounds like you're looking for something like the custom empires from Crusader Kings 3. I doubt this game will have a feature like that but who knows, anything is possible.
