EDIT: like so, technically it's Carinthia, but it will be called Klagenfurt everywhere else

Thanks, geez they really could've done this part better.
I just think that if in 2 out of 3 starting dates the province was hungarian, then it should have a hungarian name.
Ofc, dynamic province names (like in many Paradox games) would be the best.
As a romanian unification quest, I think it is good-ish to include Transylvania, but maybe in the late era only?
I mean what happened is already a mechanic of the game, just the game calls it "spreading culture", and irl it was migration to depopulated regions.
All in all, the simplest solution would be to implement editable province/town names, as I already got some headache by the misspelled cities everywhere (Eztergom should be Esztergom, Nitra should be Nyitra, etc.)
I understand that the devs want to make more generic names that are "englishified", but giving the option to edit this would be nice.
(Also, I want to name my children!)
An interesting other thing with Transylvania is that even with the assumed romanian majority, the leader nobles were surely hungarian. It is represented ingame as a vassal of Hungary in the late period. (Irl it had some autonomy, but again, lack of gameplay features for it, and the HRE is also represented with vassals, so it's OK.)
What would be interesting is that in the late period, Transylvania (as a state) would have a hungarian ruling familiy and "state culture", but the province (it's only one) would be romanian. That would create an interesting unstable, superhard gameplay with it, and would make it easier for Wallachia and Moldova to annex it, would make it harder for Hungary to hold into, and would be more realistic.
EDIT:
My bad, there is no button you can click, but the F2 hotkey allows you to rename any selected crown or character of your realm.
Neat!
Just use my unite quest guide, makes it easy
