How to increase taxes?
In Koh1 was a very nice option to rise taxes direct from the treasury income tab. In Koh 2 isn't available anymore. How can i increase the taxes?

Increase crown authority. This is the way .... higher CA also gives you higher tax rates.

What do you mean by "higher CA"?

Higher CA = Higher Crown Authority. It is the colored bar in the top left above faction opinions. The number just to the right of the bar is your Kingdom Stability which crown authority is one of the big factors.

Also if you want to make more money make sure certain factions like the merchants are a 10(max so far) or as high as possible because that will increase your income from trades. My advice is to have at least 2 merchants and focus on improving relations with two nations somewhat close to you that are friends with each other already and set up trade deals and increase you commerce to increase the size of your trade deals over time to make alot more in trades. For example I am making +140 income with trading with France right now and +100 with two other kingdoms that are all friends after increasing the scale of my trade with them by using commerce and money. As long as you have the capacity to do so when the message prompt comes up to do so.

Why not just give us the option to manually tax like in the first game? Like War taxes for emergencies?

I usually like to be able to set up my own taxes. I'll see how this goes. Does a higher tax rate have any impact on morale (if we do increase the CA)?

I didn't see the "opportunity" to steal a foreign country's treasury money with a infiltrated spy . This options was very funny and usable during KOH 1. Is this option unavailable anymore?

it's in there, it's an opportunity if you have bribed an enemy merchant. they even had it in the multiplayer trailer of the game
