Sorry. I didn't know i get alerts for new threads in the new coming game.
Thought it was the KoH (1) forum.
Ooops, oops, oops. Mea culpa.
Deleted my post.
PS: I don#t recall any info regarding that, but i for the most part only look at the discord channel now and then. There is not that much info out yet.
Also, further example mentioned that infantry squad is roughly around 30 men strong, cavalry 21, number is bigger for militia units.
I hope something like totalwar.
There was no actual battle footage or dev diary on that specifically to my knowledege yet, but i'd be surprised if they go much further from the original formula. That said, i think they are aware that battles became repetitive, but on the other hand ToW battles do as well, after you played a few landscapes and troop types and got to know them.
PS: The gameplay teaser trailer has a part where you see units marching towards a town and a catapult throwing firewhatever....and that will likely be it, i suppose.
PS_2 : Dev diary 5 had some info, which supports the theory it wil be like the original with some tweaks here and there (who can lead armies, extra skills etc).

and some stuff about the process of waring and conqering cities in dev diary 4

I like how they don't appear to try to reinvent the wheel with the sequel.
Looks solid. I trust in Frujin.
