You'd also need to be able to transfer the save file from the PC to the ipad, which can probably be done in multiple ways,
then put the save file in the mobile version of the game's save file location, but i'm not familiar with how the iOS filesystem and apps work. I'd be surprised if that was easy to do.
If the save files are compatible and you know how to manipulate mobile games' save files, then you'd probably be able to transfer the save file.
The save files are called "Xba.ba", where X is the number of the save file, ranging from 0 to 2.
It's probably possible, but you would most likely need to to some configurations to kick start it.
