Major hint 1: Realistically, there is only 3 possible text stacking that can actually make something different / more than just ("BABA IS SHIFT" and "TEXT IS BROKEN"). Stacking "SHIFT" with "TEXT" / "BABA", or stacking "BROKEN" with "TEXT" / "BABA" doesn't seem very usefull and don't add anything new to the situation. Try to find 3 "usefull" ways to stack specific text blocks, and see which one work (only one will solve the level).
Major hint 2: Quick reminder: the rule "KEKE IS MOVE AND MOVE" will make KEKE move 2 times each turn. Yes, i know there is no "AND" or "MOVE" in your current level, however, there are a few other ways to write that rule, while doing exactly the same thing. Then try to adapt to your current level.
