Making this the only solutiion now make it even worse :/
actually thought of having a "baba" (or "keke", ot one of both) I control on both side of the "wall is stop" sentence, but I did'nt try initially because I thought the whole "[baba] [wall] [is] [stop] [baba]" structure would just interlock itself and do nothing... there's no way to guess one of the baba would fall through the words when pushing it...
Most of the levels so far just feel great though :-)
Also, maybe make those more intricate puzzles "facultative" , maybe being able to try level 12 while being stuck here would help :)
Without this clue, I would have had no idea how to solve this Prison puzzle. I was stumped for an hour, came here, read this thread, and it still took me quite a while to make sense of how to use what you said effectively. Very, very tough level without any introduction about how this game mechanic works. It felt quite unfair to me.
Without the "move" the level looks pretty fair to me
I also found the level frustrating, probably because I was mainly playing around with the kelle is baba is you tiles without reason or knowing what I'm doing.
Loving the game btw!
I had even concocted a masterful plan before that, where I set it up so that the final move of aligning "Keke is wall" would leave Baba standing on Keke, as he turned into a wall, with the image in my head of being able to then run along the top of the wall to freedom!
In retrospect, there's all sorts of logical errors with that plan, but it would've been so thematically cool :-)
@Hempuli you should know that there is another solution to this level that doesn't require you to use the "You is not solid" principle.
It's possible to navigate Keke down to the bottom right corner using either Keke is Move or Keke is you, then breaking that Keke sentence with the right timing to leave Keke in that position. Then, Baba can go down and push the sentence over Keke. Then making Keke is You again allows Keke to move upwards and break apart the Wall is Stop sentence. That's how I solved the problem, so I didn't learn the valuable lesson you mentioned that is taught by this level.
I think it would be better if moving characters in Baba is You had numbers on them to indicate movement priority. Either that or some easy to understand universal rule like "characters move from top left to bottom right, row-wise."
No puzzle requires you to know the move order to implement the intended solution, so this information is not shown in-game on purpose (because it would never help you discover an intended solution)
- it also stops people going on the wild-goose-chase I went on trying to turn Keke into a wall at just the right moment :-)
I just want to know when the patch will be available for the Switch. I bought the game on switch and enjoyed it a lot. But I got stuck at the Prison level for more than 1 hour now. I searched on the internet and found the discussions here. Hope the switch can get the patch soon to make this game more enjoyable :)
