Levelpack trouble

I've for a solution to my level editing problem, but I cannot find one where I've looked, so I'm asking directly.

I'm working on a world map and I'm testing to make sure that the level links are functioning properly. I'm on the world map now, and I've moved my cursor to the level. The cursor is ON the level. The name of the level is displayed, like in the basegame. I press the enter key to jump into the level.

And nothing happens.

My question is: is this a bug?
Will my pack, once it is complete, ALSO have this issue of players not even being able to enter my levels, or is the "test level" feature deactivating the ability to hop into sub-levels?

It's fine if this is intended; I can always find a way to work around it if so, but not knowing is killing me.

That's a good question. From what I recall hearing, you can't upload levelpacks to the official server via the in-game editor yet so, it might be an incomplete feature.

People have been making level-packs & sharing them via file sharing sites since a little bit before the official level editor even appeared in the beta release, and that was already about a year in advance. (heheh... BABA IS IMPATIENT :P )

I don't know, I haven't checked it out - I've just been trying to --read everything!-- !

There are other topics where people created level packs like that, though. If those people don't show up here and tell you what you need to know, it might be worth it to seek out their topics & try asking there. Maybe they will still be subscribed to their topics & won't be mad to receive a response after a while ( I don't see why they would be but in other game forums people can be rather fickle about "necroing" - just a fair warning. )

That's correct, playing the map by the "test level" button disables entry into subworlds. Hopefully, you should be able to enter the level if you open the levelpack through Play Levelpacks.
