About the word "empty"

Why I create "EMPTY IS WIN "but BABA(YOU) can't win in fact while I create "EMPTY IS OPEN" and “BOX IS SHUT” then BABA(YOU) touch the BOX and the BOX is opened ?
EMPTY's rules are strange , I think.

Empty is "a tile with no objects on it". If you have a Flag or any other object on it you can't also have Empty on it

To phrase is using the gimmick of this game:
EMPTY IS WIN
means
LONELY EMPTY IS WIN
which does not work if something else is on top of it, so you can't win with empty unless EMPTY IS YOU

Some of the effects in the game happen when two objects are on the same tile, and some when an object is moving onto a tile. Stop, Push, Open etc. happen before the two objects overlap, but Win, Sink etc. happen only once they're overlapping. This same logic applies to Float.
