To note, I finished them after I finished Cavern and unlocked the next overworld by winning the previous one. On the overworld map, these locations have flowers on them - so the game registered them properly.
I tried to redo one of the first stages on those location and restarted the game. It didn't help.
It's a minor thing but I would hate to have them in a locked state.
0) My solution for Insulation by making WALL IS KEKE without swapping anything with the Skull still works. (If it's a harder solution, it might make a fun bonus level.)
1) ??? and Depths are still broken in the edge case I described: if you put the cursor over the spot where Water used to be, then hit Enter followed by Escape before placing Baba (or another Level) on that spot, all of the game menus are completely blank. If no mobile Level remains and you've hit a bunch of arrow keys trying in vain to move away, the only way to exit the map or the game safely is to hold down Backspace and wait (or just select the right menu item just from memory). The game should probably treat that empty spot just like it would treat a road, but for whatever reason it breaks instead.
2) There are three different ways to get to Huh? now: directly by putting cursor on the Rock, by transforming it with ROCK IS LEVEL, or by creating a second Baba, in which case each Baba is a different level. This isn't an error per se, but Huh? is the only level that has multiple ways to enter it so perhaps this is unintentional. (It'd be kind of awesome if there were three different levels! Maybe unfair, but still awesome.)
3) I have the flower for Space even though I haven't beaten 1-Pip. It's been like that since you fixed (or added?) that level.
It still frustrates the heck out of me that the updates neither show up in the game nor are provided to us by level location (I haven't memorized the name of every level so I have to search a couple hundred slowly over the map), so I'm probably going to put together an alphabetical mapping of all the levels I've seen so far (from name->location) and post them in the forum. With all the changes and level additions this is more like an Early Release game than a completed one (I'm not complaining, though). I'm actually tempted to just stop playing entirely and come back in a year's time to redo everything once it's finally fixed.
Amazing game, though. Best of luck with all the perfectionism, and I eagerly look forward to more.

I have enabled the custom editor at one point, but I'm pretty certain that I didn't mess with any of the levels featured in world BABA. Also, when I visit level 00, it loads just fine in game, so I'm not sure what's wrong. (The editor is currently disabled, as it is after every update)
Is anyone else having this issue?

I'm seeing an update in Baba despite the fact that there hasn't been one announced. ??? has changed since the April 20 update, for one.

The first two pics happen when I sink BABA and CURSOR into the water destroying the hidden level, then opening up the menu. Also the flower surrounding the entrance to the depths seems to move around at random.
Is this still present?
Thank you! I agree that my preferred way of lots-of-updates-in-quick-succession isn't really the most professional approach; I feel, though, that Baba is kind of a special case in terms of open-endedness in the puzzles, which increases the chances of things being broken. I'll add a version number to the next build in case that helps at all.
Nope I think it's gone now since I am not able to reproduce it with the same method.
The menu bug is def fixed (both in ??? and Depths).
There are still two ways to get to Huh?, though. Are you sure the cursor should allow you to step onto Rock before you've changed it to Level Pip-6? (I don't know if it allows you to do this prior to beating the level (I'd need to replay the whole game to find out), but it lets you do it after the level has been beaten.)
EDIT: There are two ways to get to Depths now, too. You can turn Dust into Rock and just walk right over the Rock (which is no longer PUSH), so you don't need to use the provided Rock at all.
