8/9 & 9/9 symbols not showing up, & also date video?

So far I got 7/9 of the symbols (& 83%) now, but 2 of them that I believe are the last ones on Abandoned not showing up for me anymore. One once was showing up in this side room down a corrior (can be found on normal & extreme) & the other at the end on the wall behind the vault door on extreme. But yeah it seems after getting the 7/9 one those not showing anymore, either it's a bug or that now they have a slim chance of appearing now?

Also while looking through the files I saw a video called "Date" with 26 06 18 on it. Was this the original release date or is it a update date?
