Bug where you cant change down gears in a tank
Has anyone else encountered this?

Is there a fix?

It's a known issue. I solved it by opening the drivers hatch where the gears seem to work normally, however this is quite dangerous in a close quarters situation. I think another player posted that re-assigning the Q key for the tank zoom solves the issue, however I have not tried it.

It solved it for me I tried it shortly after posting
