after mounting the 4070 ti card the game does not start and asks to verify the files, once verified it copies one again when I try to start it again it always creates the same problem it starts but then closes and remains blocked as if there was an update to do and I have to restart the computer

Delete you cache folder. Look above in the pinned posts for directions on how to do this.

the problem was caused by the avast antivirus which started deleting postscriptum.exe, so the problem was solved by putting ps in the exceptions

You should to uninstall Avast. It's useless.
You have already Windows Defender. That means you have two anti-virus programs.
