The 5. Gebirgsjäger-Division

The 5. Gebirgs-Division (5th Mountaineer Division) is a Post Scriptum one-life realism unit based on the actual historical division of the German Armed Forces that fought in the Second World War.
We are virtual re-enactors and aim to provide an authentic experience by implementing the structure, tactics, procedures, etc. that were used at the time.
We do this to the extent that it is enjoyable and practical. We strive to build towards a balance of procedures and tactics that, above all, make sense as the ultimate goal of what we do is victory and having fun.

The 5. Gebirgs-Division is unique in the Post Scriptum community in that everything we do is based on original historical documents. We train and operate the way the Wehrmacht would've done and all our content is a close replica of history, which makes for a very immersive experience.
We provide an extensive repertoire of trainings for each of the weapons and roles within the German Gebirgsjägerkompanie.

• All our content is entirely optional, meaning there is no pressure to attend or participate.

• In order to maintain our drama-free environment, we do not accept applications from recruits under the age of 21.

Some practical information:

Our German narrative means our primary focus lies with the Axis faction.
The language of our unit is English. We welcome recruits of all nationalities.

We are mainly active in the European / American time zones.
Full scale battles on Thursdays as well as every weekend, at 21:00 CEST / 03:00 EDT.
