Noobs looking for casual squad/clan

Myself and three of my friends are interested in joining a squad/clan/unit (what ever you want to call it). We are all quite new to the game, mature players, veterans of FPS games like HnG and others.

Post Scriptum is a challenge and I discovered last night I stay alive a lot longer when following a good squad leader. The game was a lot more enjoyable and I died less.

I'd like to learn more about how to play better and be a team player, however we are all casual players. We can not be tied to a set schedule for training due to real life.

We all speak English, use discord, and live in the Eastern Time zone.

Hey man! Come check us out, I think the 6th Guards would be a great fit for you - we don't have any required attendance or training events, but instead, you sign up for the ones you want to attend, and that's basically it. Other than that, we have an hour-long BCT to officially make you a member.

A bit of history on the unit: we got our start in 2017, in Darkest Hour: Europe '44-'45. We've since moved all operations to PS and have been involved from Day 1 and have been playing and conducting events for two years. We were one of the first units on the ground during testing and have been here ever since. We also have two 80-slot servers, an events server, and a training server for your enjoyment.

Apart from that, we also have a lot of other stuff we do when we're not playing PS, like a book club, movie nights, Squad and Beer nights, and some ARMA as well. We also play a lot of other games on the side in smaller groups within the unit, like HoI4 and COH2. However, none of these are "official". We are 100% based in PS.

We've got guys in both the EU and NA, so you'll basically always have people to play with. We are also super noob friendly and are really happy when we get new players in our DC; typically we get them to jump in game with us and we show them how to play and more importantly how to win! Everyone is mature and super welcoming to new players. So even if you don't join the unit, definitely still join the Discord, as we're very happy to show you guys the game a bit.

Hey PsychoLee. Guess i'm late to the party huh? Momma said to always give it a try.

The First Ranger Battalion is a Realism Unit for Post Scriptum. We play together both in events and pub in public servers. We emphazise on fun and tactical gameplay. We've been in several games since 2011 and now we're fully focused on Post Scriptum. Our members consist of both North American and European aswell as people from other continents. There is one event each day, sometimes up to two events. You come when you can, if you can't come, then none will chase after you for that.
