Start Service failed with 1275

I wanted to play the game but it's not possible to launch it.
"Start Service failed with 1275"
Do someone knows how to fix this please ?

A Windows update apparently has caused this for some people.

you have to go into your windows defender settings and give EAC core kernel access(not the technical term but whatever). They're are guides online, but if you dont have an external antivirus (something other than Windows Defender) this opens your computer to all kinds of malware and viruses. If you can revert the recent update to Windows it may fix it, but I've had varying results because i refuse to give EAC core kernel access.
