See if this is the cause:

Game won’t proceed past the loading screen - Possible Fix
Step 1 - Delete the openxr file located in:
(game location)\Post Scriptum\Engine\Binaries\ThirdParty\OpenXR\win64

Step 2 - Manually Clear the Game Cache

Open your start menu and type: “ %Localappdata% ” and hit enter
Find the "PostScriptum" folder in the window that pops up and delete the folder. This will wipe all configuration settings for the game, such as keybinds and video settings.

Clearing the cache? It's simple - there's literally a button in the Settings menu to do it. If you don't do it then the game will use old files that will cause issues / reduce performance.

Not showing the Post Scriptum file for me anymore when I type %localappdata% to manually clear cache. So, is it now just the in game clear cache?? Thanks.

Edit: Ok ran the game and the file showed up after I did the in game cache reset. Deleted the game file anyway.

I cleared the cache through the settings button. The game took a long time to get to that page. I selected a server with 80 ping showing, It took 9min to get to the next page. The server then timed out. This happened 3 times. I note that many servers are showing ping rates of over 200 which I din't see before the Pacific update. I am in UK anyone else have this problem? What to do about it.

I restarted the game 6 times. Deleted the cache manually 5 times. Deleted the cache in game 7 times. And that damn message is still showing up and I can't join any games
