Did they update the gameplay and make it worse?

Everything feels so slow ADS is like my gun is covered in butter? The game used to feel so crisp and responsive but now its like im covered in grease with every movement

No the game 100% feels different from when I played a couple months ago, sprinting feels like im sliding around, my bullets are going through people, shooting used to feel SO GOOD and responsive in this game but now it feels like actual garbage. Did they just crap all over this game with the Iwo Jima update?

No, I'm telling you there's no difference. Updates don't clear the cache and this leaves behind old files that cause issues. If you still have issues after deleting the cache folder then there may be some other cause but I'm not aware of what that is. Just make sure to update video drivers etc..
