Why everything look so bad and blurry, my graphics are all at ultra and motion blur is off. Game looks like it is 20 years old

Not enough info - do you have DLSS on? Whats your resolution? Game looks clear for me on ultra with motion blur off.

No, that setting is off am using 7800XT card currently on 1080p 1920x1080 resolution untill i upgrade on 1440p

1080p should be fine so long as your monitor isn't freakishly big - 1440p will be clearer, but still should be playable.

Monitor is 27" 1080p on 165hz IPS panel 1 ms connected with dp cable, every other game looks clear and sharp no problem but this one looks really bad like am playing on low resolution, and dynamic resolution is off every graphic setting on ultra and cinematic on epic. FPS is around 80-90

Can you post a screenshot? Not sure why it would be blurry for you.

do you have TAA on? This adds a noticable blur to the image space and requires you to adjust the sharpening setting to compensate

Yes i have TAA on and sharpening is on 0.50, turn it off or change to fxaa

Try a little supersampling in game, 1.25 - 1.5 or enable AMD virtual super resolution and run in a higher resolution.

Its pretty rough in 1080p native no SS

Try DLSS on + Sharpening.. works for me in 4k for about 90fps (4070rtx)

Can't use DLSS on amd card, but turned ON FSR (same as dlss) on amd driver turned on TAA and sharpening its better not pixelated but grass and trees that are far away look like its not rendered and graphics is not that good, specially in vehicle it looks like in Flinstones cartoon

No i did not, tried with different options that people here recommend maybe i expected to much from this engine, it is same as Squad. Did't play game since then

Looked like poop until I used VSR to go 4k (up from 1440), and then the non-nvidia ingame upscaler (nlss?). Massive graphical and performance improvements.
