Linux and EAC
I have been looking around for Linux fixes/support to no solution. I am curious, since the new kick to Post Scriptum, will we ever be able to play P.S? Has anyone found a solution I am not aware of? Thank you for reading. I miss this game, for as HLL doesn't cut it.

ditto
You wont find support on steam, try the PS Discord. You can find a link in the pinned messages or community tab.

So, thank you for the reply, Wabbit. I joined the server and have looked over the pinned messages throughout the channels to no finding of a linux EAC solution. Maybe I am over looking it? thanks, again

I recently changed to Linux Mint, Windows is in the bin from now on. I can run 'Hell Let Loose' on Linux and also 'Operation: Harsh Doorstop'. I've managed this by having my 'Steam' client running on 'Proton GE': https://youtu.be/7eyUrL2JS9Q

I also right-clicked on the 'Hell Let Loose' launcher in the 'Steam' client and I added this to my 'launch options':

vblank_mode=0 gamemoderun %command%

I then chose the 'compatibility' tab and set the Proton version here to 'Proton 7.0-6'. It's worked perfectly from then on. I haven't tested 'Post Scriptum' yet, though, but that's the method I'll be trying with that too.

Remember to also install the 'Proton EasyAntiCheat Runtime' software: https://steamdb.info/app/1826330/info/
Hi delta I don't follow the server host support channel much but I don't think Linux is fully supported. You have to ask the moderators and community mangers on discord to join the server hosters group to see the server host support channels. You can ask questions there and get a lot more support from other hosters and the devs👍
Again, not asking for Linux support, we just want Linux eac clients enabled, tick the box, restart servers, good to go
