Lets revive post scriptum

I think now is the perfect time to start reviving this game. IMO it offers more in the way of gameplay and historical accuracy as opposed to HLL. I do not think HLL is a bad game by any means. However, it would be nice to have a choice of which one to play instead of only being able to play HLL, especially in the state that the game is currently in.

Me and boogie5 just launched two 24/7 modded servers. One of them is a rotation of Dust 2 from Counter Strike (but in Post Scriptum) and a team-based gun game. The second are modded standard maps with expanded logistics/gameplay

PS is in a vegetated state, not responsive, not going to get any better, not going to get worse. The current base is dedicated and consistent. It will live on, just on life support. It's been consistent at 100-400 players for a few years now but to think it's going to surge in the shadow of HLL is laughable. You can go to the HLL forums and beg for players to come over, might get lucky to get one or two.

Yeah, the entire dev team got burned back in December. I don't know why, I should love this game, HLL has better maps IMO, graphics are the same IMO (HLL only slightly better) movement is better in PS, guns are amazing, and armor is great but for whatever reason I just find this game as meh. The community is toxic as s#$t, at least in the games I played which really made me not want to play this game.

I have over 1000 hrs in HLL and only 100 hrs in PS. I think HLL is a great game. Accessible and fun however I do think PS is the better WW2 sim. Its overall a better game. Better sound, effects and content .However it has more rough edges than HLL and it needs some further development to perhaps round off the experience. Pity the bean counters pulled the plug on the game as it has tremendous potential.

I downloaded this game about 2 years ago and played it a bit but then didnt have time anymore. I just recently wanted to get back into it but instead of it having all kinds of new exciting ♥♥♥♥ to play... it has LESS? I needed a refresh and now I see the training features are all gone. How does a game devolve like this? It went from full game to testing Beta. wtf
