How to Deploy Light Mortar?
I played the light mortar class for the first time yesterday. When I mouse wheeled to the LM my guy held the tube for the mortar, but I could not figure out how to deploy it. Can anyone explain how to deploy the LM?

Is the bombardier similar as I am still trying to work out how to lob an aimed shot?

It's not as simple as just pressing C though. If you don't have your eye line horizontal, it won't deploy.
So if your looking slightly down and press C, nothing will happen.
Look horizontal, and press C.

@dumbnumpty, do you mean rifle grenade? That's just right click to aim down sights and guess.

Strange that you need to go prone to deploy a mortar. In real life I can think of no worse position to do so.

You know those 1 man hand carried mortars?? They are really small and thats how most of them were used.
