Can install Post Scriptum - but no test server

Title says it all - I can install the actual Post Scriptum client but there is no presence of a test server in my steam client. Even when I restart.

Got conflicting information from the discord. From what I gather you're not supposed to be able to install the Post Scriptum game client, and only just the test server to play on for the weekend.

Bump - no Post Scriptum test server in the steam client still. Yet I am still able toto install the Post Scriptum client, and launch it. However it is different version from the Test Server. Looks like an alpha of some sort. Refer to the first post screen shots.

I am certain there was a key handout issue. Can anyone at Periscope get back to me please? Not being able to play is a bummer. Thanks.
