Are 70-80 Fps normal with good hardware?
Hello, i have a gtx 1080ti, ryzen 3700x and 16 RAM an i get on ultra settings 60-80 FPS. Is this normal for this game? I hoped to get over 100fps in this game

It varies for everyone, but 70-80 fps on Ultra is very good for this game... We should get a sizable bump with the new UE4 engine upgrade and incremental improvements over time as the devs test out fixes.

As above, it always depends who you ask.

i7-8700 / GTX 1070 / 16 GB RAM

Maxed out getting 60 FPS all the time and I'm happy, some will say it's horrible.
Whoever says 60 FPS is horrible for that game is either a spoiled underage kid, a troll or an idiot.

All I'm saying is some won't settle for 60 FPS in games, weather it has to do with refresh rate or response time. Personally I don't care, 60 FPS is just fine for me and I cap it at that to ensure consistency. I would rather a solid 60 all the time than over 100 that won't stay still.

Ryzen 7 2700x
ASRock x470 taichi
16GB RAM (G.SKILL)
MSI Duke 1080Ti
Sumsung SSD's 860 Evo

I get over 80 FPS with everything maxed out.
This game has always ran good for me.

Depends on monitor size too. I went from 27 to 32” and my FPS dropped a lot even with a 1080ti i7 8700k. Anything above 50 is ok in PS, above 60 is as good as you need it. You won’t notice any improvement above 60 anyway.

Has anyone notice since the last update the grass and bushes look like rubbish on med-low at 2Ms there look fine when you walk up to them but at distance they look out of focus.
I agree with Allman, anything above 60 is the ideal FPS. Ofcourse it varies with system and which part of a map you're looking at.

dunno why pple want more than 60 fps in ps. this is not call of duty where you jumo up and turn around with a sniper > single shoot > kill. 60 fps are enough for ps.
