any way to turn off opening intro?
obviously -novid doesn't work as that is a convention for source games.

open to ideas.

You can just delete the movie file.

done and done my most excellent man. thanks for the tip
This is not a viable solution. The devs should provide a nosplash command line argument or add an ingame option. What did the intro add to the game? Did you see Titanfalls intro? Its a waste of 10 seconds of lifetime imo.

Doesn't matter. It won't improve your load time you'll just spend those 10 seconds staring at a still picture. The game is actually loading while the video plays in the background. So you're not really wasting any more time than you would otherwise.

At least the intro has been shortened. It use to be longer. But yeah click to skip option would be best, the deleting of the movie file currently being the next best thing.

I can't find the file anywhere. Where is the folder location? I know it doesn't increase the loading speed but I rather have a blank screen than the intro.

The problem is the loud sound... doesn't match the custom volume settings

We aren't try to hack our launch time, not everyone wants to watch it. It's entirely too loud and honestly I find it kind of tastless, but really it's loudness is enough to make me never want to sit through it again.

The intro just makes me want to ALT F4 out and not play. The worst part is the audio.

Found it:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Post Scriptum\PostScriptum\Content\Movies

When deleting (or renaming) the file ps_intro_mov.mp4 then Easy-Anti-Cheat reports: Missing required file and the game doesn't load.

I use the 'cut' option to remove the intro file from the movies file and pasted it onto my desktop. That has worked for me, you get a black loading screen with mouse cursor then you are straight into the main menu.

I cut it from the SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Post Scriptum\PostScriptum\Content\Movies folder and pasted it in the SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Post Scriptum\PostScriptum\Content folder. And it works. No Easy-Anti-Cheat-message and NO intro, just a black screen during loading.
Thanks for the advise.

Thanks cause that intro was pure ear ra pe every single start up seeing as it isn't effected by settings at all.
