Crashing during "First writing competition" solved

Okay guys, my game crushed at above-mentioned problem and i have found how to fix it, so I would like to share it to you.

Everything what you have to do is change your region to English (USA) or change your watch time to USA region. How to do it?

1. Open the Control Panel.
2. Go to Control Panel\Clock, Language, and Region
3. Click the Region
4. Change Format to:
Format: English (united states)
5. Enjoy your game
