Talking to the new girl?
Not sure how to talk to the newly added otaku girl. I'm fairly far down the Manga/Anime path but that doesn't seem to be it.

Has anyone managed it yet and if so, what did they do?

1. You need to buy during elementary school Anime Figurine (200)
2. Rise your Anime/Manga (Otaku?) Skill
3. She would transfer during Middle School
4. You can talk to her after your Otaku Skill reach Anime Level
