Hey Mawfks,

With the game coming to Early Access soon, we wanted to drop some links for our Help Centre, know'm'sayin'?

For some FAQs and Support Articles, you can head to https://tpbsteam.zendesk.com/hc/en-us. We've got lots of troubleshooting articles there, as well as some frequently asked questions about the game and how it works. Definitely give that a look see for any questions you might have first.

To contact our support team, you can either submit a ticket request via our help center, following the help link from within the game, or you can email us via [e-mail]. Our Community Reps are some of the best, so we'll do everything we can to help out with any issues you have.

Please keep in mind we are early access so there may be the occasional bug here or there. We want to get feedback on how to improve the game specifically for PC so we can make it nice and polished. Feel free to leave feedback in the forums, or to reach out to our support team with bug reports. Our team is here to help and listen so you all can get some greasy money.

Got Ricky's Garbage bag today, but have not gotten steam trading card, and badge page says:

Card drops earned: 0
Card drops received: 0
You don't have any more drops remaining for Trailer Park Boys: Greasy Money.
How can I earn more drops?
Card drops in free to play games are rewards for spending money in game.
You have not purchased anything in game after this card set was released.
Progress to next card drop
(approximately $9.00 USD per card drop)

It shows the bar zero filled up. Ricky's Garbage bag was 9.99$ so should be eligible for 1 card drop now.

That sucks, I totally would have bought something different then. Have bought things before in Free to Play games, but never ran into this problem before. I like to get eligible for the boosterpacks and cards in games.

It is fixed now, you will receive trading cards from DLC purchases.
