collectible not showing up

so i'm trying to go for the 100% achievement but sadly i can't get there due to the "snipers and watchers" collectible not showing up in the chapter "above & below" in part 1. it's really frustrating me and i've restarted the game a lot and reinstalled it twice. i'm almost 30 hours into the game just trying to find this 1 collectible....
ps: i only got 1 of the "snipers and watchers" collectible. there's 2 of them supposedly.

For me it is the same: I tried all those suggestions from the web. Nothing happend!


Is this a bug? What are the prequisites for getting the part from "Sniper and Watcher"? This is disappointing and frustrating.

May be someone of the developers could answer and help?

alright so after finally playing it again, it just randomly popped up. and i managed to get it. so i guess you keep trying :/ i was just as frustrated honestly

after i finished the game the first time, i repeated part 1 at least 7 times thinking maybe i missed it or maybe it might come up if i play the full part 1 again. then i deleted and installed the game and tried again, somehow managed to work

I finally got it.
Some points may be optional, but I tried to describe all my actions.

1. Disable steam cloud for this game
2. Delete saves:
<Steam-folder>\userdata\<user-id>\735580\remote\
3. Reinstall the game
4. Start a new game and speedrun to this collectible, but:
a. Take a picture of the ship after the minefield
b. Take a picture of the cat

P.S. Just reinstalling the game didn’t work for me

OK, I think the cat is a key. You can just restart the chapter, take a picture of the cat, interact with him, and the collectible "snipers and watchers part 1" will show up.
