Even on Easy mode, the yellow and blue arrows move pretty fast, I use a PS4 controller and I always die after half a minute or so. Any tips?

Turn off the moving background in the settings (hit right twice once you get to Easy mode.) If you were having trouble on hard mode with blue arrows, I would recommend you focus on the symbol in the middle, but on Easy, I would cast my vision around the screen to see when the arrows are coming, guessing which beat to block them on, and repeating. You might be too slow at first, but this game simply requires practice.
