Seriously Struggling with Controls and Successfully completing calls - Beaverfield

I recently installed the Beaverfield mod, which seems cool but I’m having so much trouble with controls. Is there a thorough key binding list or manual? I’m finding it impossible to successfully put out fires, get hoses, get firefighters to use axes properly, I can’t get police to chase suspects, etc. I try to have police chase suspects who are running away, but there’s a red X on the cursor. I find it impossible to successfully link fire hydrants to trucks and get ladder units to actually put out fires. Everything is just a mess and it’s not working for me. I also can’t seem to figure out how to position units more precisely when I spawn them. If anyone could help or direct me to the great resource resources that would be very helpful. Thank you!
