Report a translation problem
Technically the game should be able to run in any aspect ratio, however it is not designed for ultra wide displays. The UI should properly anchor itself, and the overworld is fully 3d so it will look smooth. However, the 2d dungeons will (on occasion) show empty space in the game world as the aspect ratio was not taken into account when designing the levels. Sorry if this is a disappointment. Unfortunately this would take a long time to patch out to fully support 21:9 for the game world to look natural 100% of the time. I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions.
