Can't play my current game on mobile
I downloaded the game from googleplay and syncronized it with my facebook account. Also my steam account is syncronized with facebook so i hoped i could play the same run on PC (when I am at home) and on my mobile when I have no access to a PC and therefore my steamaccount.

I really tried every button I could find, cecked the sycronization multiple times, but I just can't get my phone to start my current PC run.

What i am doing wrong?

PS: english is not my first language, please use simple words XD

It's a known issue that they're trying to fix. In the meantime, you can contact fiveamp support directly with your Pickcrafter game ID from steam and mobile and that you want the steam to be the primary file and they will connect them manually for you. I asked and they did it during the harvest event for me.

The third workday after my request is nearly over (maybe it even is over, i don't know the country of the devs) and i still didn't got any form of answer. Not even an "we got your ticket..." copy and paste Mail.

So if it is true, that they will manually sync. the runs since the problem with facebooksync is fixed, i would advice everybody to write to them as soon as possible, because i don't think they will work over the actual holidays and yeah, eventtime is ticking =)!
I will post again as soon as i get ANY reply.

GMT +1 timezone based on the timestamp of my request in the "hey it's done" reply I got back. I submitted my request through fiveamp.freshdesk.com/support/solutions and it took a couple days. I didn't get a ticket confirmation, just the "done" one.
