Hi Guys, what is the biggest possible artifact level you can get from chests? Also which chest is the best to get a high level artifact?

I will try to answer that for you.
The highest possible artifact that might drop is going to be Lv. 21 (If you don't include the IAP Ender Chest offer). I think I could assume that you are trying to obtain the Shaman achievement.

Here are a bit of a list of artifacts that might drop from each Chest (0-3 artifacts, each);
• Tutorial Chest (The one in the beginning) -> N/A, Scripted
• Free Chest, Wooden Chest -> ~10% + Your Artifact Seeker; ranging from Lv. 1-3
• Small Iron Chest -> ~25%; ranging from Lv. 1-3
• Small Silver Chest -> ~20%; ranging from Lv. 2-5
• Small Gold Chest -> ~30%; ranging from Lv. 5-9
• Small Diamond Chest -> ~30%; ranging from Lv. 6-12
• Small Magical/Mythical Chest -> ~35%; ranging from Lv. 7-16
• Large Gold Chest -> 100%; ranging from Lv. 4-9
• Large Diamond Chest -> 100%; ranging from Lv. 9-12
• Large Magical/Mythical Chest -> 100%; ranging from Lv. 13-21
• IAP Ender Chest (Lv. 25-40) - Unconfirmed, not willing to test this.

• Boss Chests -> ~10%; ranging from Lv. 1 - 3
• Small Event Chest -> ~25%; ranging from Lv. 1-3
• Large Event Chest -> ~40%; ranging from Lv. 2-9 or 9-12, depending on the event.

I think that should be almost everything.
